Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Wholebake Limited in its sale of Deeside Cereals to the Weetabix Food Company.
Wholebake, a certified B-Corp backed by Elysian Capital, is a snack bar maker which specialises in gluten free snacks. The Weetabix Food Company is a cereal and snack bar manufacturer which produces some of the UK's best known breakfast cereal brands.
