Stephenson Harwood has advised Tristan Capital Partners and Trammell Crow Company in relation to the first pre-let of Bristol's Welcome Building.

The pre-let will see international law firm DAC Beachcroft take the top two floors of a new ESG-led office building which is targeting net zero carbon and aims to be 'best in class' in respect of its sustainability and environmental targets.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by head of real estate Simon Brading, who was supported by consultant Stewart Scott and associate Leo Curtin.
