Stephenson Harwood advises Rockpool Investments on its investment in 2i Testing
Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Rockpool Investments, a UK-based private equity firm, on its investment in 2i Testing ('2i'), a quality engineering service provider.
2i develops critical IT systems for its public sector and blue-chip client base. The Rockpool funding will help 2i to expand its service and product range organically and via bolt-on acquisitions.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Richard Coleman and managing associate Emily Davies, who were supported by associate Harry House. Further support was also provided across the firm from employment managing associate Serena Foulkes and associate Elspeth Harley-Hunt; commercial, data and technology associate Rhys Oakley; and tax managing associate Byul Han.
