Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Rockpool Investments, the UK-based private equity firm, and the management team, on the sale of Hydralectric to Hydraflex.
Hydralectric specialises in premium valves and flexible hose solutions for controlling water flow, while Hydraflex is a leader in the flexible hose market, focusing on a buy-and-build strategy across plumbing, metal and industrial hoses. The acquisition of Hydralectric is strategically significant for Hydraflex.
