Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Pelican Capital LLP on the buyout of Finders International.
Finders International is a specialist probate research, data and technology firm, headquartered in London, with offices in Edinburgh, Cardiff, Dublin and Sydney. The acquisition is expected to fuel Finder's ambitious growth initiatives.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Chris Manning, who was supported by associates Alex Stevens, Kunal Shah and Grant McGregor. Further support was provided by a cross-practice team of lawyers from across the firm who advised on the finance, technology, employment and pensions, tax and real estate aspects of the transaction.
