Stephenson Harwood has advised the Papirfly Group on its acquisition of Adgistics, a premier digital asset management company.

Papirfly Group is a leading provider of brand management and digital asset management solutions, and is private equity backed by Verdane, a specialist growth investment firm focussed on the technology sector. Adgistics is renowned for its innovative solutions that transform DAM systems into active sources of insight and intelligence. Adgistics will join Papirfly, Keepeek, and Brandpad in the Papirfly Group family.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partners Malcolm MacDougall and Lucy Thorpe, who were supported by managing associate Alex Stevens.
