Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised a long-standing client on the purchase of the superyacht SIBELLE.
SIBELLE, a multi-award-winning custom-made 50m yacht, was built by Dutch shipyard Heesen in 2015. Stephenson Harwood's superyacht team advised on the terms of the purchase and the financing arrangements.
Paris-based partner Ezio Dal Maso led the team advising on the matter, supported by associate Alberta Longanesi Cattani who advised on the purchase, delivery and registration arrangements and managing associate Lucy Todd, who advised on the financing.
