Stephenson Harwood advises on portable venues sale
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised the sellers of Portable Venues (Group) Limited, which trades as Smart-Space, on the sale of the company to Lauralu, which is backed by Evolum.
Lauralu is a France-headquartered specialist in modular structures for industrial and commercial applications, and Smart-Space is a leading UK supplier of temporary, semi-permanent and permanent buildings for long-term hire or purchase across diverse end-sectors.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Malcolm MacDougall, who was supported by managing associate Emily Davies and associate Patrick Foley.
