Stephenson Harwood advises Novus Equity Partners on acquisition of Porcher Abrasive Coatings
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Novus Equity Partners, an independent private equity sponsor, on the acquisition of Porcher Abrasive Coatings, in partnership with the company’s founder, Edward Porcher.
The investment in Porcher Abrasive Coatings, a UK-based manufacturer of high-performance abrasive solutions, marks Novus' inaugural investment transaction and is the first step in Novus' broader industrial buy-and-build strategy.
