Stephenson Harwood advises KLAR Partners Ltd on investment in Ventro Group
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised KLAR Partners Ltd ('KLAR'), the UK-based private equity firm, on its investment as a growth partner in Ventro Group ('Ventro'), a leading provider of building safety and compliance services.
The Stephenson Harwood team advised KLAR in relation to the due diligence and property aspects of the deal, and associated work streams, working alongside a team from Weil. This investment will support Ventro Group as it aims to accelerate its growth and become the leading full-service safety and compliance partner to building owners and operators.
