Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Inktavo on the acquisition of Clarity Software Group.
Inktavo, backed by PSG Equity and Blue Star Innovation Partners, is a software company for branded merchandising companies, print shops and promotional product distributors. Clarity Software Group provides software solutions designed to improve workflow processes, increase sales and lead conversions, and track and monitor production for the signage, print and packaging industries. The acquisition will support Clarity's strategic plans for growth and global expansion.
