Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Industrial Physics on its acquisition of Torus Technology Group from several individual sellers.
Industrial Physics is a global packaging, material test and measurement provider. Torus Group is an engineering group which provides industrial measurement, automation, metrology and manufacturing solutions, with sites in both Telford, UK and Colorado, US.
The acquisition marks a significant development for Industrial Physics and supports the company’s ambitious growth strategy. Following the acquisition, Industrial Physics customers will have access to a wider range of solutions, including test and measurement equipment, metrology services and machine enclosure support.
