Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Cebu Pacific on the sale of three used Airbus A320-241 aircraft to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aircraft Finance Germany GmbH (AFG).
Cebu Pacific is the largest airline in the Philippines by fleet size, and operates flights to destinations across Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
AFG is a commercial and business aviation firm, which provides solutions for commercial, cargo and business aviation companies regarding the sale, acquisition and trading of corporate aircraft.
