Stephenson Harwood advises Bowmark Capital on its sale of IWSR
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Bowmark Capital, the mid-market private equity firm, on its sale of IWSR, a provider of data, analytics and insights for the beverage alcohol industry, to consumer trend forecaster WGSN.
IWSR is the leading provider of data and intelligence for the $1.2 trillion global beverage alcohol industry, serving over 250 blue-chip customers representing all the major market participants, including producers, ingredient and packaging manufacturers, investment banks and consultancies.
