Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Andera Partners in its investment, alongside the management team, in the consulting firm 2CGroup. The investment was made through Andera Partners' Andera Croissance fund, following a competitive process.
With around 160 employees and six offices across France, 2CGroup provides access to experts across various sectors such as finance, human resources and ESG. The group has established itself in advising technology companies, notably through its transaction and advisory services practice, 2CFinance, and its innovation financing advisory practice, R4Innov.
The investment by Andera Partners, via the Andera Croissance fund, provides 2CGroup with the financial and strategic means to intensify its organic growth and accelerate its external development strategy.
This transaction for Andera Partners demonstrates the Stephenson Harwood Paris private equity/M&A team's ability to support its clients — many of whom are market leaders — over the long term, particularly in the private capital and funds and technology sectors, two of the firm’s five strategic growth areas.
