Karima Hudson joins Stephenson Harwood as partner

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its corporate finance practice with the return of partner Karima Hudson. She was previously a partner at the firm between 2015 and 2021.

Karima is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on the healthcare sector, from care home operators to fertility clinics and investors in the space, and her arrival will further enhance the firm's corporate strength in London.

"We're committed to strengthening our corporate finance expertise," said partner Tom Nicholls, head of Stephenson Harwood's corporate practice. "The wealth of experience Karima brings, and the quality of her client base, will provide further depth to our team."
