Jonathan Goacher joins Stephenson Harwood as partner
Law firm Stephenson Harwood has strengthened its regional M&A practice with the arrival of partner Jonathan Goacher.
Jonathan is a M&A and commercial lawyer who advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters in the Asia Pacific region (APAC). He has a particular focus on the insurance sector and advises insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and various other sector participants on their regional corporate strategies across APAC, as well as advising on certain regulatory and US sanctions matters. Jonathan has spent more than 20 years assisting clients on matters throughout the Asia Pacific region, including in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
