Desiree De Lima

Desiree De Lima is an associate in the employee incentives team, based in London. She works with a diverse client base including larger corporates, small and medium-sized companies, management teams, and individual executives, providing practical and commercial advice on all aspects of employee incentives and remuneration matters

Desiree has experience designing and implementing bespoke approved and unapproved share plans, cash plans and bonus schemes, guiding clients through the legal and tax implications of these arrangements. She collaborates closely with the employment team on senior executive appointments, remuneration, and terminations as well as the tax implications of international assignments.
