Yi Lei has assisted in handling a wide range of contentious matters, including insurance fraud disputes, resisting a winding up application and defamation actions. Yi Lei has also acted for clients for criminal offences under the Road Traffic Act and Penal Code.

Yi Lei also deals with many insolvency and restructuring matters, assisting in the first application for a scheme of arrangement moratorium by a foreign company under the new 2017 Companies Act Amendments.
