Sheetal also advises on joint ventures, general corporate and commercial matters, and her sector experience spans industries ranging from technology, shipping, food and beverage, fashion and retail, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality.

In recent years, Sheetal has worked on complex deals across the region, with a specific expertise advising on transactions in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. She was involved in the S$13.1 billion competing takeover offer for Fraser and Neave, Limited, one of Southeast Asia's largest takeovers, which was awarded M&A Deal of the Year Awards by IFLR Asia in 2014.

Sheetal is fluent in English and also in spoken Bahasa Indonesia and Malay, which has helped her develop her network in the region.

Disposal of Jaya Holdings Limited's business

Acted for Jaya Holdings Limited in the disposal of all of its entire business for a purchase consideration of S$625 million.

Royal Bank of Scotland

Advised Royal Bank of Scotland in the sale of its private banking and wealth management business, Coutts & Co Ltd, to Union Bancaire Privée by way of a scheme of arrangement.

Zico Capital

Advised Zico Capital, as the financial adviser to Smartflex Holdings Ltd., in relation to a proposed acquisition of the Animal Ark Group, a state of the art veterinary clinic group in Singapore.

AVS Investments Pte. Ltd.

Acted for the offeror, AVS Investments Pte. Ltd. in the proposed voluntary delisting of Aztech Group Ltd., from the SGX-ST, and in the sale of issued shares of Aztech.
