Rabia’s background is in commercial litigation, having practiced as a litigator for over a decade in Stephenson Harwood’s corporate and commercial litigation department, where she was a senior associate. Rabia has extensive experience of managing and running complex, large scale, High Court litigations from the pre-action stage all the way to trial and appeal. Her background and hands on experience in the litigation process is invaluable to her role as a legal project manager where she innovates and strives to enhance efficiencies throughout the litigation process.
