She provides holistic advice in the construction context from procurement issues to project support services including pre-dispute and settlement advice. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors including commercial, retail, high-end residential, hotel, leisure water, wastewater and energy.

She works regularly with industry standard form contracts including the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), NEC, Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) as well as drafting bespoke forms of contract.

Advising a developer/borrower client in relation to a £160 million refinancing of a high-end residential development in central London.

Advising an international private equity fund in relation to construction due diligence advice on the £1 billion acquisition and financing of an office tower in London.

Advising a CIS contractor on its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the delivery of a 1,200 MWe VVER-1200 pressurised water reactor in Finland.

Advising an owner/operator on the financing and construction of a $200 million bitumen refinery in the Gulf region.

Advising a multidisciplinary contractor on various national and international EPC infrastructure projects in the water, wastewater, and energy sectors including AMP frameworks with several UK utility companies.
