As an employment lawyer, Natalie provides commercial advice and support to employers and senior executives in relation to day to day employment queries. Natalie also advises on employment litigation in the Employment Tribunal.

Natalie's advisory work includes providing pragmatic advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, senior appointments and severance, family friendly queries and redundancy issues. In addition, her comprehensive drafting experience covers employment contracts, policies and procedures and settlement agreements.

Natalie's contentious experience includes advising and representing employers defending unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal, as well as in leading settlement negotiations. 

Natalie also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Natalie qualified in England and Wales in 2014.

Supported and advised clients on managing the disciplinary procedure from a legal, commercial and employee relations perspective.
