Michael Taurian

He represents owners, charterers, P&I clubs and other stakeholders in the maritime industry in commercial disputes before English courts and in international arbitrations. Michael also has a breadth of contentious experience in the aviation sector, especially from a regulatory/liability perspective, but also in disputes involving aspects of aircraft financing and leasing.

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Michael trained and qualified in Australia. He holds degrees from the universities of Sydney and Cambridge, and has published academic articles on topics of private and public law.
