Guillaume focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as capital market transactions. He has considerable experience in the telecoms, technology and life sciences sectors, and has advised on many transactions involving Africa and other emerging market countries. He also advises on compliance matters relating to corporate transactions.

Guillaume speaks French and English and is a member of the Paris and New York bars.
