Francesca advises developers, project sponsors, funders, government authorities and contractors on all stages of a project from procurement and construction to operation and management.

Francesca has experience advising on public procurement matters and has helped draft the public procurement chapter of the 10th edition of Morgan & Burden on IT Contracts. She has experience working on standard form construction documents, as well as bespoke contracts and appointments, and provides regulatory advice in relation to corporate transactions.

Francesca has spent time on client secondment at Sizewell C, the EDF-backed new nuclear project in Suffolk, where she advised on matters relating to the financing and development of the project.
