A facilities management expert with a particular focus on procurement and construction projects, Caroline is well regarded for her pragmatic and commercial approach to contract negotiation. She has considerable experience of project managing complex, multi-tiered transactions and brings ten years of in-house experience to legal risk management.

Caroline worked in-house within the facilities management industry and has broad experience advising on a range of services, including cleaning, planned and reactive maintenance, security services, life cycle replacement, construction projects, and customer call centres. She has expertise in preparing and implementing legal strategies for bidding on and challenges to public tenders and has advised on all aspects of consortium joint ventures from establishment to exit.  She is skilled in supply chain contract management and pass-through risk allocation.
