Bobbie advises clients on a range of commercial matters such as drafting and negotiating contracts for the supply and distribution of goods and services, as well as franchising and outsourcing agreements.

Bobbie also gained valuable commercial experience on her secondments to a life sciences company and to UCB, a large international pharmaceutical company.

Bobbie advises on data protection matters including advising on compliance with the GDPR and drafting data protection compliant documentation.

Assisting various clients with compliance with the GDPR including carrying out gap analysis, producing sets of policies and negotiating contracts.

Impact of Brexit on data privacy 

Advising a European client in the rail industry on the potential impact of Brexit on its contracting structure and data flows.

Advising on various commercial agreements, including commercial supply agreements, material transfer agreements, research and development agreements and master services agreements. Bobbie also completed a six month secondment at UCB.
