Alison is a managing associate in the commercial, outsourcing and technology group and focuses on general commercial law and data privacy.

Alison advises clients on a range of commercial matters including the drafting and negotiating of a wide variety of commercial arrangements for the supply and distribution of goods and services, as well as outsourcing agreements and standard terms and conditions. Alison gained valuable commercial experience during her in-house secondment to Cofely GDF Suez where she primarily advised on public and private sector services agreements.

Alison also has experience of advising on data protection issues and provides data privacy assistance to clients including Barclays Bank.
