Stephenson Harwood advises Ubicité on acquisition of Wi6Labs

International law firm Stephenson Harwood has advised Ubicité on its acquisition of Wi6Labs.

Ubicité is a leading French provider of digital solutions which help local authorities and private companies manage challenges relating to resource preservation, infrastructure performance, the environmental transition and service quality.

Founded in 2014 in Rennes, Wi6Labs offers end-to-end solutions for collecting and processing sensor data based on wireless technologies through its LoRa network offering. Wi6Labs supports the transformation of local authorities and industries through a modular “smart city” and “smart industry” approach, operating at every level of the data collection chain.
