Law firm Stephenson Harwood has advised funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. ('Oaktree') on the sale of financing transactions by Fleetscape to Quantum Pacific.
Fleetscape is a leading alternative capital provider to the maritime industry. The firm has worked with Fleetscape since its inception and through its full investment cycle. As part of the sale process, in addition to providing support from a finance and corporate perspective, the firm provided ancillary services including data transfer advice, tax advice and employment law advice.
