Stephenson Harwood advises Caledonia on majority investment in Conquip Engineering Group
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia'), a FTSE 250 investment company, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Conquip Engineering Group Holding Company Limited ('Conquip'), a leading UK provider of specialist construction equipment and engineering solutions.
