Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised BGF in relation to its multi-million pound investment in Harnham Group, a specialist in data and analytics recruitment.

Harnham has more than 150 sales consultants worldwide with hubs in the UK, US and Germany. The business places candidates into both permanent and contracted roles across a range of companies from fast-growth startups to global blue chip businesses. The investment will support Harnham's plans to scale further into the US and Europe.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Malcolm MacDougall, who was supported by senior associate Nicola Baird and associates Isaac Paine and Matthew Askew.
