Advising LXi REIT plc (LXi) on its merger with Secure Income REIT plc. The planned merger of the two property trusts will create a combined group with assets of almost £4 billion. We advised on all aspects of the merger including the substantial real estate due diligence exercise and the £385 million acquisition finance facility.
Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund
Advising on its joint venture with Immobilien Europa Direkt to acquire The Brewery retail warehouse and leisure scheme in Romford, London, for £162 million.
Advising on securing a major pre-let agreement with the Government Property Agency on a 25-year lease at Two Ruskin Square, London.
Advising on the sale of Palace House, a 45,012 sq ft. office and retail building situated on the South Bank, London for £48.8 million.

Advising on the acquisition, development, letting/pre-letting and disposal of a portfolio of 9 logistics sites.
M&G Real Estate
Advising M&G Real Estate on its acquisition of nine multi-let industrial assets from Patrizia for £165 million. The assets, which are based across a number of UK regional towns, will become part of 'Project King', M&G Real Estate's UK multi-let industrial platform on which Stephenson Harwood LLP's real estate group already advise. This transaction was part of M&G Real Estate's wider strategic plan to increase its exposure to small-unit-industrial assets and expand its current portfolio.

Advising on the acquisition of 8- 10 old jewry – a mixed use, multi – let building in the heart of the city of London.
Immobel
Advising on the share purchase of 50% of shares in Munroe K Luxembourg S.A. which owns White Rose Office Park, Leeds. This was the first investment for the newly launched Immobel Capital Partners and the seed asset for its Green Office Impact Fund.
The Langham Estate
Acting in connection with a portfolio of freehold properties across 13.8 acres of Central London, running from Oxford Street in the south to Euston Road in the north. The Estate comprises 100+ buildings including offices, retail, hotels and bars/cafes/restaurants.
