Aver Property

Advising on the acquisition, and ongoing development, letting/pre-letting and disposal of this portfolio of logistics sites for this client. To date, we have advised on 9 sites, two of which were leased and then disposed of for an aggregate value in excess of £85 million. The remaining sites are at various stages of their life cycle

Bentall GreenOak/Mission Street

Advising funds of Bentall GreenOak (advised by Mission Street) in relation to the programmatic acquisition of properties to be developed as science and innovation/R&D hubs in major university towns (Cambridge, Oxford, and Bristol, to date).

Tristan Capital Partners LLP and Rynda Healthcare LLP

Advising on the acquisition, by way of forward funding and development of portfolios of care homes, at a value of c.£165 million. This included a number of portfolios and assets, with leaseback arrangements. 

Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund

Advising on the sale to Unite Students of a 36-storey building in Stratford for £73 million which is to be converted into a 716-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development.

Advising on the purchase and refinancing of the Stanley Green Trading Estate, which comprises 150,000 sq ft of existing trade and warehouse accommodation.  We continue to act on the asset management aspects and are advising on the ongoing development, including  construction, utilities and highways works. 

Reef Estates

Advising on the development and funding of a redevelopment scheme in the centre of Gloucester, known as The Forum. The scheme is a multi-stage development of various separate parcels of land to provide a technology hub, and office space, car park, residential and retail uses in close proximity to Gloucester railway station to serve growing demand for those areas in the town.

Advising on the development of this town centre regeneration project, focussing around a major residential-led development incorporating residential and commercial elements with up to 242 apartments for build-to-rent purposes over 3 blocks from 3 to 10 storeys, street works, car park and associated infrastructure. 

Rolls – Royce Motor Cars

Advising Rolls – Royce Motor Cars on the expansion of its assembly facility on the Soodwood estate, West Sussex.
