The team has specialist knowledge of cross-product derivatives and structured products. Our lawyers advise clients across all classes of over-the-counter derivatives, including equities, credit, currencies, interest rates and commodities.

We also advise clients on structured products, including CDOs, bond issuances, repackagings and restructurings, asset backed securities (ABS), structured investment vehicle (SIV) work-outs, structured and vanilla repos and stock loans.

Advising financial institutions and corporates on netting and collateral enforceability of ISDA documentation.

Master agreement negotiations

Acting for financial institutions and corporates on the negotiation of derivatives master agreements including ISDAs, GMRAs and GMSLAs.

OTC derivatives transactions
