We work with many investors and sellers including REITS, PE funds, sovereign wealth, private and local authority pension funds and investment funds; and many of our deals frequently involve offshore (non-UK) SPVs and unit trust structures, including Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. 

We have extensive experience in dealing with real estate structures and the sale and purchase of shares in corporate entities whose primary business is owning a single real estate asset or a portfolio of real estate assets. Schroders

Advised Schroders and three of its funds on the £160 million acquisition and joint venture arrangements relating to the City Tower in Manchester.

Zircom

Advised Zircom, the UK data centre experts, on a joint venture to develop and operate data centres in Morocco with local Moroccan partner Medasys.

Intercontinental Hotels

Advised Intercontinental Hotels on the £300 million sale and manage back of the Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane, one of the largest recent hotel disposals.

Allianz Real Estate

Advised Allianz Real Estate on its €315 million acquisition of the Nice Etoile shopping centre in Nice.

Schroder UK Real Estate Fund

Advised Schroder UK Real Estate Fund on the acquisition of mixed-use assets in Hammersmith, London, from the Matterhorn Palos Partnership for in excess of £150 million.

LaSalle Investment Management

Advised LaSalle Investment Management on behalf of the Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire Pension Funds on the £148 million acquisition of a 50% stake in the entities holding intu’s Norwich Chapelfield shopping centre.

SEA Group

Advised longstanding client SEA Group, on its £260 million acquisition of the corporate entities holding 33 Old Broad Street, London from real estate private equity firm Brockton Capital.

Noble Chariot Limited

Advised Noble Chariot Limited, a Hong Kong investor, on the purchase of 3 St James Square for £135 million. The sellers were Schroders WELPUT Fund.

Tristan Capital

Advised this real estate investment fund on the £245 million acquisition of the company which owns a portfolio of out of town shopping centres from a private equity firm.
