Our clients include banks, credit funds, private equity houses, independent asset-based lenders, investment funds, specialist lenders, lessors, other financial institutions and corporates.

Asset-based lending:

We advise our clients on a wide variety of bilateral and syndicated asset-based lending financings, re-financings and restructurings. Many of the transactions on which we advise have a cross-border element.

We also have extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on structures where asset-based lending sits alongside other lending products, for example term debt provided against cash-flow.

Speciality finance:

We provide support on warehouse structures, borrowing base facilities, forward flow arrangements, loan portfolio sales, servicing agreements, and account bank arrangements.

Our experience spans across a range of sectors including debt purchase, mortgage-backed lending, unsecured consumer credit, bridging finance, asset finance and auto loans.

“They have an excellent culture which means they are not only very knowledgeable and effective but they listen carefully and draw out all appropriate information from clients.”
