Real estate funds

We advised Peterson on the purchase and forward funding of the Ampersand Building a development which includes a central living staircase, ‘module’ meeting places and a daylight mimicking LED light-system.

LaSalle Investment Management, £142 million shopping centre acquisition, central Warrington

We represented LaSalle Investment Management on the acquisition and follow-on management matters relating to the 712,500 square foot, 133 unit Golden Square Shopping Centre in Warrington.

Tristan Capital, €90 million joint venture forward funding, retail, Denmark

We advised Tristan Capital on the joint venture and forward funding of the revive development of the 276,000 square foot Galleria shopping centre in Vanløse, Copenhagen with Solstra Capital Partners.

Intercontinental Hotels, £300 million sale and manage back, London

We represented on real estate and construction aspects of the sale and manage back of the Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane, one of the largest recent hotel disposals.

Schroders, £130 million acquisition of City Tower, Manchester

We acted for Schroders on the purchase of City Tower in Piccadilly Gardens which included reviewing 125 leases, significant construction documentation and simultaneous exchange/completion within 9 days.

The Langham Estate, management of portfolio

Acting on the management of their entire property portfolio of over 100 multi-let properties throughout the West End of London including around Great Portland Street and Oxford Street.

4C Hotels Group, developments

We acted for 4C Group companies on construction aspects of the redevelopment of several central London properties into 4 and 5 star branded hotels.
