We advise companies such as E.ON and Drax in relation to biomass supply contracts and assist with the conversion from coal to co-firing

Energy from waste

We advised on the £3 billion energy from waste project for the North London Waste Authority, one of the largest projects in Europe

Capital markets

We advised KSK Power Ventur PLC on its £260 million AIM IPO and subsequent fundraisings to move to the UK's Main Market

Equipment finance

We are currently acting for a lessor on the provision of equipment for anaerobic digestion plants on a quasi project financings basis

South East Asia

We advised on Phu My 2.2 power project in Vietnam, the first BOT power project in that country

Middle East

Advised the Ministry of Electricity of Iraq in connection with its IPP program and its general procurement processes


We advised Africa Finance Corporation on its strategic investment into AIM listed Ncondezi Energy which owns and operates power plants in Mozambique
