Insurance

Our insurance offering encompasses two strands:
  1. Marine insurance – acting for London and continental insurers and reinsurers on all aspects of coverage and subrogated disputes as well as advising in relation to risk management and wordings.
  2. Commercial – advising on commercial and corporate insurance matters, reinsurance and dispute resolution. We act for insurers and reinsurers, as well as for major insured companies and their captive insurers and brokers.
