Acting for two members of the Big 4 and other firms of accountants on contentious and potentially contentious issues across audit, tax and corporate finance.

Regulatory

Advising numerous accountancy firms (including two within the Big 4) in relation to regulatory investigations and other matters.

Compliance and ethical issues

Advising accountancy clients on a range of compliance and ethical matters, including as to conflicts and confidentiality issues and challenges.

Risk management

Our track record in the contentious arena, knowledge of our clients’ businesses and familiarity with the issues, results in accountancy clients turning to us to help steer them through commercial and legal risk in a non-contentious context, including as to ongoing relations with their own clients.

Corporate activity
