Tinnie has experience in general banking, ship finance and real estate finance transactions.

Tinnie has worked on various finance matters and has experience in advising leading banks and financial institutions on loan and security documentation.

On the ship finance side, Tinnie regularly acts for major banks, leasing companies and ship owners in cross-border (bilateral and syndicated) facilities and sale and leaseback transactions.

On real estate finance side, Tinnie works closely with our conveyancing team in acting for major banks and investors in financing and refinancing of real estate properties in Hong Kong. 

Tinnie joined Stephenson Harwood as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2021. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) in the University of Hong Kong with overall distinction.

Tinnie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
