Stephanie is an associate in our Hong Kong office who has a broad range of experience in handling civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on shareholders’ disputes and company law related matters (including unfair prejudice and breach of fiduciary duties). Her experience in litigation and disputes management extends to contentious proceedings commencing in the courts of Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China and the British Virgin Islands.

Stephanie obtained her LLB degree at Bristol University in the United Kingdom and was later trained in a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and commercial litigation. She has appeared regularly in the High Court of Hong Kong since her traineeship. Prior to joining our Hong Kong office, Stephanie worked as an associate in the litigation and dispute management department of an international law firm.
