As the partner in charge of the employment law team in Paris, Soazig advises French and international companies on all transactional and litigation aspects of employment law.

Soazig is a French qualified employment lawyer, with more than 15 years of experience. She assists her clients in both individual law (hiring, dismissals, current issues, employment contract clauses, accumulation of employment contracts and corporate mandate) and collective law. 

She has developed a strong expertise in restructuring and the employment protection plan (PSE), collective agreement negotiations (including working time agreements) and mass litigation.  She is frequently involved in the social aspects of mergers and acquisitions and carve-outs. 

Her clients are mainly international industrial groups and banks. She also has a strong knowledge of the issues specific to the telecom and new technologies sectors.

Soazig is a member of the Paris Bar. She is fluent in French, English, German and Romanian.

Advising a global provider of power electronics systems and solutions with regards to the implementation and negotiation of working time agreements, the denunciation of practices and union negotiations.

German group of elevator companies

Advising a German group of elevator companies in the context of collective litigation. This involved the information and consultation of the Committees for Health, Safety and Working Conditions (CHSCT) and works council / the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), and the collective agreement on working time.

German industrial group in the energy sector 

Advising an international German industrial group in the energy sector in the context of individual dismissals, disputes concerning the combination of company mandates and employment contracts, as well as numerous individual disputes covering various issues.

Telecom equipment manufacturer

Advising a telecom equipment manufacturer, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, in the context of individual dismissals, disputes concerning the combination of corporate offices and employment contracts, as well as numerous individual disputes covering various issues.

Leader in aeronautical subcontracting

Advising a leader in aeronautical subcontracting in the context of a PSE, involving numerous individual litigations covering various issues.

AEG Power Solutions

Advising AEG Power Solutions in the context of a mass litigation against 70 employees on the basis of co-employment, and challenges to the PSE by the CSE. 

A clinic

Advising a clinic with regards to a dispute at the Police Court, following a report by the labour inspector on an alleged violation of the maximum working hours: the daily rest period, maximum daily hours and weekly hours.
