Silvia assists domestic and international clients on a broad range of transactions, advising financiers and owners on loan financings, sale and leaseback transactions as well as restructurings and enforcements. She is experienced in dealing with acquisitions and deliveries of newbuilds as well as with the sale and purchase of commercial vessels.

Silvia is part of the Stephenson Harwood superyacht team, advising financial institutions, family offices and high-net worth individuals in connection with financing newbuild and second-hand yachts. She also acts for sellers and buyers on various sale and purchase transactions and related aspects, such as title registration.

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Silvia completed her training at a reputable shipowner. Her experience working within the shipping business gives her a unique perspective on the concerns of owners and operators in the sector.

Silvia also completed a secondment with an investment fund active in the shipping market, solidifying her understanding of the fundamentals of ship and asset-based lending.
