Samantha is an associate in the finance team and specialises in advising clients in the transport sector.

Samantha's experience includes working on high-profile transport and infrastructure projects as part of multi-disciplinary teams both for clients in the private and public sectors.

Her main focus is working with clients in the rail sector on rolling stock procurement projects, franchising and concession arrangements, regulation and infrastructure projects.

She joined Stephenson Harwood in July 2022 having previously worked in-house at Transport for London advising the business on the commercial, funding, procurement, real estate and regulatory aspects of high-profile projects associated with the Capital's transport network.

Prior to this, she worked in a projects and procurement team at another major law firm advising public and private sector clients on major real estate and infrastructure projects.
