Pierre-Nicolas assists mainly French and foreign real estate investors and asset managers on their acquisitions, disposals, development projects and asset management operations.  He advises on projects relating to office, retail, logistics, hospitality and healthcare assets.

Pierre-Nicolas  works on the whole transaction process (From LoI to SPA and closing), JV agreements, commercial leases, development and project management contracts, PM and AM agreements, design and build and contractor's contracts.

Pierre-Nicolas speaks French and English and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1999.

Prior to being a member of the Paris Bar, Pierre-Nicolas worked as an in-house lawyer at the Paris region real estate development and management affiliated company of Crédit Immobilier de France (SACIEP).

Resolution Property

Advising on the sale of two outlet centres in France by way of a simultaneous double share deal involving the transfer of shares in a propco and in a hlodco and the repayment of shareholders' and banks loans.

Assisting on the financing, acquisition, development and lease commercialisation of a ca. 100-unit outlet centre project in Honfleur. We provided overall assistance in this ca. 20,000 sqm GLA project, including the structured financing through a secured EURO bonds issuance programme, acquisition of shares in the SPV, interim joint venture period with the developer partner, land acquisition, development contract, construction phase, and lease commercialisation.

Amundi Immobilier

Advising on the client's first share deal acquisition for one of its real estate regulated funds (SCPI), of a multi-tenant office property located in central Paris.

Allianz Real Estate

Advising on the JV structuring and joint acquisition of the 43,000 sqm retail shopping centre Nice Etoile.

Primonial REIM

Advising on office, retail and health care assets.


Advising on the structuring, acquisition and financing of three retail parks forming part of a 25-retail assets portfolio across Europe sold by Ibea.
