Nick advises lenders, contractors, developers, government authorities and project sponsors.
Nick has experience advising on public procurement matters and has helped draft the public procurement chapter of the 10th edition of Morgan & Burden on IT Contracts. He has experience working on standard form construction documents, as well as bespoke contracts and appointments. Nick also provides regulatory advice in relation to corporate transactions.
Nick spent time on client secondment with Alvarium Real Estate where he worked on financing pan-European debt and equity funded real estate acquisitions; Protium Green Solutions where he advised the green hydrogen developer on a broad variety of corporate and project matters; and the Sizewell C nuclear power station project, where he had a particular focus on procuring social value in its supply chain.
