Ming Hui has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and general corporate advisory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Ming Hui worked at a Singapore law firm where she acted for investors and companies on business and share sales and fundraising exercises. She was also involved in a broad range of private and public corporate transactions, and advised clients on various general corporate and compliance matters.
